We contacted Anne Cristaldi to consult with her about the process and timing of our house sale. Anne was nothing short of amazing. Her reassuring presence, over 30 years of wisdom as a real estate agent, as well as excellent reputation in the community had us at ease immediately. She was able to consult us throughout the entire process, we never felt rushed and always felt she had out best interests as her top priority.

My sister and I live out of town, far out of town (North Carolina and Washington State), and needed a lot of help selling our father’s house, in Columbia, following his death. In addition to listing and showing the house and all the other things real estate agents do, Anne arranged for several repairs to the house, hired a cleaning company, and staged the house and kept us updated throughout the process. The house sold within a month for a bit less than asking price but our goal was to sell quickly for a fair price and I’m sure we could have gotten more if we chose to hold out. My sister and I were in town for 3 days to clean the house out and to sign the papers at closing. The company we hired to haul away everything we couldn’t sell was supposed to return at 8 am on Monday to remove what they couldn’t get Sunday, the buyers were planning to do a final walk through, and closing was scheduled for 9. Anne was waiting at the house at 8 while I was in a hotel in Gaithersburg getting ready to head to the closing. The hauling company wasn’t there. While my sister and I tried to get in touch with them Anne started cleaning the house up herself! She waited for an hour and a half until they showed up and made sure everything was hauled away. She contacted the buyers and closing agent to keep them up to date and was able to push the closing time back so I wouldn’t have to change my flight home! I can’t imagine what a disaster this would have been without Anne! I would definitely recommend her!

My house had been on the market for 6 months. Lots of people went through (meaning I spent a lot of time keeping the place spotless), but the agent never managed an offer for me.
